Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary (fresh)
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place chicken into a dish and drizzle with olive oil
- Cut the lemon in half
- Slice one half of the lemon into thin slices
- Squeeze the juice from the other half of the lemon over the chicken
- Add rosemary to the top of the chicken
- Add the lemon slices to the top of the chicken
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat a pan on the stove over medium heat
- Place each chicken in the pan until the tops are golden brown (about 4 minutes per side)
- After the tops are brown, put the chicken back into the dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
